Baking with Marjerlynn - Macarons

A Macaron is a sweet French confectionery made with egg whites, icing sugar,granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond. The confectionery is characterized by its smooth, domed top, ruffled circumference (referred to as the "foot"), and flat base. It is mildly moist and easily melts in the mouth.

In our hands-on classes, we carefully pass-on our tips to student the technique of folding and piping this little devils.

Baking with Marjerlynn

"Baking with marjerLynn" started in 2010 upon requests by regular patrons who are interested in baking lessons with hands-on approach.

Classes are small to ensure attention to details as everything is made from base ingredients.

Students come with open hearts and minds and leave with full-sized, self-crafted sweets topped with love and enjoyed with satisfaction!

Course fees include all materials, recipes and kits (where applicable).

The story of Peppa Pig
